Natalie DeSantis, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, received her BSN from Florida Southwestern College, where she gained experience working in the Emergency Department. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Florida with a Family concentration.

She is passionate about diabetes and helping patients be informed about the disease process so they may better manage it and understand the treatment options.

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and became a certified health coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Natalie grew up in Seattle, Washington, and is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. She relocated to South Florida in 1987 with her three children and lives with her significant other in Charlotte County.
